Dispute Resolution

To Be filed By Brokers / Owners ONLY

It is rare Do Barter is asked to intervene in matters where members of two different exchanges are concerned, but should this occur the following forms will guide you through the Dispute Resolution process. Prior to using this process we ask that you contact the Owner / Broker from the opposing exchange and try to come to an agreement on behalf of the members involved. This Process should be used as a Last Resort Only.

We DO NOT settle disputes between two members of the same club, but feel free to replicate this process using your own forms or change these as needed.
